Learn how the goods we eat can affect our bodies and what to eat to reduce inflammation. Enjoy learning to make such dishes as Mediterranean Quinoa Salad, Greek Turkey Burgers with Tzatziki Sauce, and Bruleed Ricotta. Ages 16 and over.
Classes run approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on subject matter and number of students.
