Teens! Join us for a hand-on, make-and-take class featuring snacks and quick meals designed to fuel your busy life and fill your nutritional needs for optimal performance. Includes trail mix, no-bake energy bites, and several high-protein options. Ages 12-17.
Classes run approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on subject matter and number of students.
